By using XViewer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XViewer provides:

• A video player for X (Twitter) media content
• Video download functionality
• Bot replies on X (@XViewerBOT)
• VIP features including profile search and batch downloads

3. Free Service

• Free features are available without registration
• Reply with @XViewerBOT on any tweet with video
• No payment required for basic player and downloads
• Free service may have rate limits

4. VIP Service

• VIP costs $1.99 for 30 days of access
• One-time payment — not a subscription
• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• VIP features expire after 30 days
• To continue VIP, make a new purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools to spam our service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Reverse engineer or scrape our systems
• Harass other users or our staff

6. Content Responsibility

• We don't host videos — they come from X (Twitter)
• We're not responsible for content on X
• Users are responsible for how they use downloaded content
• Respect copyright and content creators' rights

7. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• VIP access is non-transferable
• Refunds considered on case-by-case basis for technical issues

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance
• We may modify or discontinue features
• X API changes may affect functionality

9. Limitation of Liability

XViewer is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Lost data or failed downloads
• Changes to X's platform affecting our service
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abuse of the service
• Illegal activity
• Fraudulent payments

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Check this page periodically.
